We’re proud to share some exciting news—JAS Design & Build Development Corporation has been featured in Market Monitor! From Automotive to All-Around Excellence
JAS Design and Build Development Corporation began in 2022 as a collaboration between Jean Henri Lhuillier, Alexander Ocampo, and Alvin Lim Lu—three visionaries with strong backgrounds in entrepreneurship, marketing, and public relations. Our early success came in the automotive industry, most notably with the renovation of the Hyundai Pasong Tamo showroom. This landmark project, completed in just six months, was the first in the Asia-Pacific region to showcase Hyundai’s new global design—setting a strong foundation for our reputation in the field.
Since then, we’ve brought our signature efficiency and design sensibility to other automotive showrooms across Luzon, including Geely in Naga and Subaru in Bulacan, among others.
Designing with Purpose in Hospitality and Beyond
What sets JAS apart is our diverse portfolio. Beyond automotive, we’ve expanded into hospitality and resort development across the Philippines’ most beautiful destinations—El Nido, Coron, Camiguin, Dumaguete, Bicol, Boracay, Negros Oriental, Pangasinan, Siargao, and Batangas.
Our boutique hotel brand, Unwnd, started in Poblacion, Makati and now flourishes in Caticlan and Camiguin. The Camiguin branch, in particular, offers a seamless island experience, even including private boat extensions for guests—an example of how we tailor each project to its unique environment and audience.
Building with Integrity at Every Step
At JAS, “Building Integrity” isn’t just a tagline—it’s the philosophy guiding every decision we make. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of transparency, collaboration, and excellence, from the drawing board to project delivery.
As Alvin Lim Lu emphasized in the feature:
“Our finished products speak for themselves … we hope to establish our brand in the emerging middle to high-end markets one step at a time.”
