UNWND Boutique Hotel
UNWND Boutique Hotel Camiguin is a ground-up hospitality development designed to provide an elevated yet accessible island experience. Spanning two floors, the project features thoughtfully designed spaces that balance comfort with functionality.
The layout includes 27 accommodation units, strategically distributed across the ground and second floors to optimize guest flow and privacy. Shared amenities on the ground floor include a welcoming lobby area, a kitchen, bar, souvenir shop, and storage room, as well as an inviting swimming pool to enhance the leisure experience. The second floor houses additional guest units and an office space to support operational needs.
UNWND Camiguin is finished to a mid-tier category, ensuring quality materials and fixtures while maintaining affordability and resilience suited to the island environment. The architecture combines clean lines and open spaces with a layout that encourages natural ventilation and connection to the outdoors, in harmony with Camiguin’s natural beauty.
