Overview:
JAS Design and Build is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the construction industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new construction projects and nurturing client relationships within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and Nurture Leads: Actively seek out and develop new project opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.

Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with developers, architects, and owners, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.

Prepare and Present Proposals: Collaborate on detailed bids and proposals, effectively communicating the company's value, and negotiating contracts to secure projects.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Sales Administration: Manage sales activities, client data, and reports using CRM software.
Qualifications:

Experienced Candidates: 1-2 years of proven sales experience in construction or related fields is highly valued.

Fresh Graduates: Particularly those with strong communication skills and a passion for construction sales, are welcome to apply.

Construction Knowledge: Basic to strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project cycles.

Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation abilities (or willingness to learn), customer-focused approach, and self-motivation.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; training will be provided.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
