Operations Manager

Overview:
JAS Design and Build is looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the execution of construction projects. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating teams and resources, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple construction sites to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.

Monitor workforce productivity, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Identify and resolve potential delays or bottlenecks proactively.
-
Ensure adherence to quality standards in both materials and workmanship.

Implement innovative construction methods and technologies.

Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports and risk assessments.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction operations or project management.

Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

In-depth understanding of the entire project lifecycle — from costing to procurement.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple large-scale projects.

Willingness to travel to project sites.

Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA, etc.) are a plus
