Overview:
JAS Design and Build is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Architect with a strong background in the construction industry. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs, managing project documentation, and collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and the team to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Lead the creation and refinement of architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings from schematic design to construction documents.

Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and the construction team to ensure accurate, efficient, and buildable design solutions.

Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, translating these into functional and aesthetically sound designs.

Technical Documentation: Prepare complete and accurate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation required for project execution and permits.

Site & Quality Oversight: Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly implemented and maintain quality standards throughout construction.

Design Innovation & Compliance: Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and building regulations to ensure designs are both innovative and compliant.
Qualifications:

Licensed Professional: Must be a registered and licensed Architect.

Relevant Experience: At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and project execution; fresh graduates will not be considered for this role.

Project Exposure: Demonstrated experience in preparing complete architectural plans, coordinating with consultants, and supporting projects through construction.

Technical Competence: Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design and visualization tools.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing, and local building codes and regulations.

Core Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining design quality and timelines.
